RUSA is a volunteer, not-for-profit organization whose primary goals are to promote randonneuring in the USA and to serve the USA's randonneuring community. RUSA is affiliated with the Randonneurs Mondiaux and will be organizing and certifying ACP and RM brevets in 1999!
RUSA has NO two year rule! You may qualify for PBP like everyone else in the world-a single brevet series (200, 300, 400, and 600 KM brevets) in 1999!
