Here are some possible reasons why your results aren't shown:
- Are you using the search form correctly?
If searching for a member's results,
enter either the RUSA member number or the surname.
Entering the first letter or two of the member's surname also
works well, particularly if you are unsure of the spelling or if
the surname contains hyphens, spaces, or apostrophes (e.g., O'FLANNERY, DIAZ-FERNANDEZ, or LA PLANTE).
- Were you a RUSA member at the time you did this brevet?
This search engine does not display non-member results.
- Did you provide your RUSA number
to the event organizer and write it on your brevet card?
If not, it is possible that your results were submitted as if
you were a non-member.
- Has the organizer submitted the results to RUSA and have
the results been certified by ACP-France?
To find out for sure, check the
result processing status
for that ride.
It takes a minimum of 10 days for brevet results sent to ACP
to be assigned brevet certificate numbers and to be returned to RUSA
by international mail. During the early or late season when
brevets are infrequent, it might take 30 days or more.
Flèche results are not sent to ACP until all US regions
have held their flèches and have submitted their results.
These results are generally not processed until
late Summer or early Fall (September/October) and the physical certificates
might not arrive for some time after that.
RUSA officials cannot predict when
any particular batch of results will arrive.
When a package does arrive from ACP,
we endeavor to post the results the same day.
If the answer to all of the above questions is YES
and you still don't see your results,
contact the
Brevet Coordinator for help.
If you join RUSA mid-year, any brevet results from events you completed
prior to your membership date will not be displayed by the search engine.
Upon request, new RUSA members can have their early-season
brevet results amended so that they show up on the web and in the
annual summary of results in the RUSA newsletter.
However, in PBP years, all requests for amendements to results
will be handled after Paris-Brest-Paris applications have been processed.
Americans intending to go to PBP must be RUSA members for
each of their qualifying brevets.
