ATTENDEES: Bill Bryant, Dan Driscoll, John Lee Ellis, Don Hamilton, Donn King, Jim Kuehn, Lois Springsteen, Tim Sullivan, Mark Thomas, Jennifer Wise.
- RBA Rebate Program Continued: RUSA will continue in 2004 to reimburse RBA's for a certain amount of RUSA event-related expenses (up to $100 in 2003).
- RUSA Event Volunteer Rewards: The Board is working on volunteer items to encourage volunteer help at RUSA sanctioned events.
- ACP Medals Inventory: RBA's may pre-order ACP brevet medals for members. Tom Stevenson will assume the position of brevet medal administrator.
- Election/Nomination Timeline Posted To the Website: General Election schedules will be posted to the website.
- Increasing Member Participation on Administrative Committees: The Board is working on ways to get more members involved at an administrative level.
- PBP Video: The Board is in the process of acquiring copies of the ACP PBP '03 video for purchase by members.
- Newsletter Editor: Mike Dayton will assume the position of editor of American Randonneur starting with the February, 2004 issue.
