- Permanents Insurance: Voted and approved that RUSA will pay for the insurance.
- Free-Route Permanents: Voted and approved the proposed Free-Route Permanents.
- 2003 PBP Yearbook: Voted and approved that all current members and members as of Dec.,
2003 will receive a copy.
- RUSA Handbook: An updated version is in the works and will be available early summer.
- Susan Plonsky RBA Application (Arizona): Voted and approved Susan as RBA for the new
Phoenix/Tucson region.
- James Severance RBA Application (Idaho): Voted and approved James as RBA for the new
Yellowstone/Teton region.
- RBA Application (3rd North Carolina region): Voted to disapprove a third North
Carolina series.
- American Randonneur Challenge (ARC) Award Fund: Voted and approved a cap of $50 per
award. The event directors can augment this if so desired.
