- Bylaws Revision for Elections: Requested that a previously approved change

possible future usage of electronic methods for the voting process and increases by
15 days from time of mailing, the time for completed ballots to be returned.
- BRM Medal Report: Tom Stevenson electronically gave a summary of the BRM
medal processing. Highlights include that over 1000 medals have been shipped to the
RBAs with nearly 950 of those already sold to members, leaving over 500 medals still
in stock. Tom also reported that he has received about 20 SR and 2 R5000 medal
applications so far. The August issue of the American Randonneur will contain an
application for both of these medals. The application deadline for both of these
awards is September 15th.
