Additional RUSA events - Voted and approved additional
spring RUSA events in Colorado and Minnesota.

Election of Officers - Bill Bryant has been re-elected
President with John Lee Ellis continuing as Vice President and
Tim Sullivan as Treasurer. All other volunteers are remaining
except for the open Webmaster position.

RUSA Rules for Organizers - Voted and approved
modifications to the Super Randonneurs procedures to remove
obsolete verbiage.

President Report - RUSA handbooks and 2004 results
publication will be mailed out to the membership in
February. Davis Bike Club is taking a 'rest' and not having as
many events as they have had in the past.

American Randonneur winner - Bill Bryant announced that
Jim Kuehn is the 2004 American Randonneur winner

RUSA Safety Program - Don Hamilton and Jennifer Wise
discussed the first steps of the safety program in which RUSA
will offer to members Sam Brown Belts and Ankle Bands at
subsidized prices. Result of the general discussion was to
have quantities and prices determined and to be proposed to
the board.

RUSA Logo is now Registered - Jennifer Wise announced
that the US Trademark Patent Office has accepted the RUSA Logo
as official registered mark
