ATTENDEES: Bill Bryant, John Lee Ellis, Don Hamilton, Lois Springsteen, Tim Sullivan, Jennifer Barber, Mike Dayton, Mark Thomas, Robert Fry, Mark Vickers, Tracey Ingle, Jennifer Wise

1. Jim Ceceri RBA Application (Saratoga, NY) - Voted and approved Jim as the Provisional RBA for the new Saratoga region and authorized to run a 200K and 300K ACP event for 2006.
2. Tom Rosenbauer RBA Application (Eastern Pennsylvania) - Voted and approved Tom as the Provisional RBA for the Eastern Pennsylvania region and authorized to run a Populaire along with a 200K and 300K ACP event for 2006.
3. Laurent Chambard RBA Application (NYC/NJ) - Voted and approved Laurent as the Provisional RBA for the NYC/NJ region and authorized to run a Populaire along with a 200K and 300K ACP event for 2006.
4. Approval of RUSA 2006 schedule - Voted and approved the proposed 2006 events schedule.
5. BRM Medal Pricing- Voted and approved to continue charging $7.50 per BRM medal for 2006.
6. Approve Funds to allow Jennifer Wise to represent RUSA at the ACP Awards - Voted and approved funds to have Jennifer Wise attend the ACP Awards in Paris and to accept the award presented to RUSA for achieving the highest points total.
7. Additional RUSA events - Voted and approved additional RUSA events in Nashville, Eastern Pennsylvania, Colorado and Washington DC.
8. General Discussion - General discussions on various topics including upcoming changes on lighting systems to recognize LED systems, establishing a rider grievance process, and possible RUSA participation at an upcoming LAB National Bike Summit. No proposals or voting occurred on these issues.
