  1. New Events: New events approved for DC, Portland OR, Eastern PA, New Jersey, Casa Grande AZ, and Omaha NE.
  2. New RBAs have been approved:
    1. Matt Settle for Washington, DC
    2. Jim Sharp for Davis, CA
    3. Dennis Cook for the new San Angelo, TX region
    4. Dana Johnson for the new Little Rock, AR region
    5. Wayne Dunlap for the new Austin, TX region
  3. PBP '07 RUSA Jerseys - Designs will be solicited as in 2003, and will be due by December 15th; look for a call for designs in newsletter, on website, and on Randon list.
  4. 2007 Calendar - calendar submissions for 2007 (all ACP events and a subset of RUSA domestic events) have been approved and posted on the RUSA website.
  5. Rules Changes
    1. Team Event Finishers (fleche/dart/arrow) - Individuals must now finish as part of their team (which is the norm).
    2. Free Route Permanents Rule Change - The time limit is now taken from the official route distance, not from the actual agreed route ridden. For this reason, it becomes important that the rider understands not to submit an excessively circuitous route, or that if he does, he/she will need to ride faster.
    3. Multiple Events of Same Distance - Multiple events of different distances can be held in a given region on the same day (as previously), but not multiple events of the same distances.
